Raymond Alves (1968) – Entrepreneur, Investor and Supervisory Board Member - Raymond is one of the founders of Kinly and currently member of the supervisory board of Kinly. After founding Kinly, he was responsible for the development and innovation of the solutions portfolio of Kinly, including Cloud Collaboration, Meetingroom as a Service and Vertical Solutions. Before merging with the Viju group, Raymond as the founder of VisionsConnected, has been building a portfolio of Managed Video services, Video Applications and an approach to “changing the way people collaborate”. He entered the Video Conferencing industry as a global business development manager for 3G mobile video technology and the service provider market at Tandberg. Prior to Tandberg, Raymond managed the Broadband and Voice group of TNO Information and Communication Technology in the Netherlands and was project manager of the acquisition of KPN Research by TNO. Raymond holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management of Technology and is holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Raymond is a Dutch National, lives in Amsterdam, married, father and loves ice skating, skiing, watersports, traveling and hanging out with friends.
